From 16 to 20 June 2025, Regent Global was proud to sponsor and attend the India Global Forum (IGF) in London – a prestigious platform bringing together changemakers from business, technology and education.

IGF London 2025 welcomed over 1,000 participants and featured more than 100 speakers across landmark venues in the capital. With themes spanning trade, fintech, climate, culture and technology, the week-long event reinforced the power of UK–India collaboration – grounded in innovation, trust and shared values.

Our Joint CEO and Chairman, Professor Selva Pankaj, contributed to several key conversations throughout the forum. He chaired the session “The Future of Education and Digital Learning – Balancing Artificial and Natural Intelligence”, which explored how to harness AI’s potential without losing the human elements that underpin meaningful learning.

The discussion focused on intelligence augmentation – the synergy between machine efficiency and human creativity, empathy and character – as a path toward holistic education that equips learners for both economic success and personal fulfilment.

Prof. Pankaj also spoke at “The Evolution of Learning and AI's Role in Accelerating the Future”, where he shared insights on how AI and machine learning are reshaping the landscape of human learning. He emphasised India’s leadership in adopting AI and its pivotal role in building the technological foundations of the future.

In addition to these sessions, Prof. Pankaj participated in a UK–India Higher Education Roundtable addressing student mobility, visa policy and the broader future of bilateral collaboration – particularly in light of ongoing debates around the UK’s Immigration White Paper.

Another standout moment was a focused discussion on the India–UK Young Professionals Scheme, chaired by High Commissioner Vikram Doraiswami. The session brought together UK business and university leaders to explore how the scheme can be further refined and expanded.

As a global education leader, Regent Global remains committed to deepening UK–India ties and shaping a future where technology and human potential go hand in hand.
