The initiative aims to prepare a new generation of leaders who understand the full spectrum of Regent’s operations, from strategic decision-making to student experience, digital transformation and commercial growth.
The programme gives early-career professionals immersive exposure to how the organisation functions at an executive level, helping them build the mindset, skills and confidence to contribute to Regent’s evolution over the years ahead.

A key pillar of the NextGen vision is to bring together our human Natural Intelligence (NI) with Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create Intelligence Augmentation (IA).
As AI continues to reshape industries, Regent is committed not only to adopting new technologies but to using them in ways that enhance human creativity, judgement and connection. The NextGen Team contributes to this goal by working on projects that fuse human insight with technological innovation.
